Respect for diversity
A report from the Commission's 2004 race and culture themed visit programme. The aim of this report is to contribute to awareness and debate of issues affecting black and minority ethnic service users. It contains recommendations for action for the Commission itself and for other agencies involved in ensuring the quality of mental health and learning disability services.
