We have presented information on the use of the Mental Health (Care & Treatment)(Scotland) Act 2003 slightly differently this year. This part of our report is divided into four broad parts:
- new orders granted in 2008-09
- total number of orders in existence
- monitoring of priority areas
- additional findings from our monitoring programme
